Balance of Physical Body

This part is fairly straightforward.

If we weren’t already aware of our physical centre of gravity we wouldn’t be walking — we’d keep falling over!

We can choose to develop and refine this skill in different ways, whenever we engage for example in dancing, sports, gymnastics, yoga, the hard and soft martial arts, and similar activities where we seek to explore and optimise the physical potentials of our human body.

Generally speaking, however, sensing and maintaining our physical centre of gravity is a given and, for the purposes of locating your ZERØ point, does not require any special, esoteric or extreme abilities on this front.

So all good here.
