Windows of Opportunity
Health festivals give you a window of opportunity to enhance your quality of life. They are not everyone’s cup of tea, and I can relate to that, but at present they are probably the only platforms where ‘next level’ concepts can be freely discussed without being ‘shut down’ by the less-dimensional dictates of the mainstream.
As with anything, however, just as these events can enhance your quality of life, they also hold the potential to diminish your quality of life — the information on this website will hopefully help you choose wisely, by giving a framework of understanding which sits ‘beneath’ most of what is presented at health festivals. It comes in at a different level, one which helps you ensure the best you can that you are building your house on rock, to quote a well-known phrase.
Different words are used to describe health festivals, including mind, body, spirit, health, healing, and well-being. But what exactly do each of these words mean — how are they all connected — where does each word fit in to the whole jigsaw puzzle of feeling good — which at the end of the day is what we’re naturally looking for… to feel good?
As best as you can think of these words as ‘separate’ ideas or concepts, given that they are fundamentally different aspects of a whole system of energy or spirit, here’s my take so far — as at February 2026 — please note these ‘definitions’ may not always align with how others speak of them, but where possible I always seek to come in with this information at a common sense level, albeit next level, bringing the ‘esoteric’ and ‘exotic’ down to earth, so to remove any unnecessary distractions from the core task in hand.
MIND — The non-physical mind is a vehicle of spirit. Mind is ‘networked’ across time, as one whole system. Mind is always in flux, ever-changing. It is an idea-constructor.
BODY — The physical body is a vehicle of spirit. Body is ‘networked’ across space, as one whole system. Body reflects the condition of the mind. Relative to mind, body is the ‘tip of the iceberg’. Body is always in flux, ever-changing. It is a constructed idea.
SPIRIT — Spirit is always in flux, ever-changing. Spirit is energy that is aware of itself, including you being human in mind and body. You are also spirit ‘outside’ of mind and body, existing ‘outside’ of time and space, just as you can know yourself as a driver of vehicle who can step outside of a vehicle at times of your choosing. In terms of spirit, however, it is more correct to say that this stepping ‘outside’ is more a ‘going within’. This door or gate which you ‘go through’ to go within can also be known as a space-time portal, or time portal — a kind of rendezvous point which exists in the fabric or medium of space-time. There are many such time portals, which ‘appear’ and ‘disappear’ in a rhythmic cyclical pattern, corresponding to different points in time, past-present-and-future. They present ‘windows of opportunity’ to ‘change gear’ in your space-time vehicle, including to slow down and get out and rest. On a ‘small and frequent scale’ this happens when you go to sleep at night.
HEALING — The ‘correction’ of misunderstood ideas or concepts, enabling a realignment back to their original natural trajectories. This realignment process brings the abovementioned rendezvous points back into view — so what was once thought to be lost, is now found. At certain ‘critical’ points in time it is imperative that this healing be carried out at a ‘core level’, to enable each ‘self’ to properly move back into what may be called ‘natural time’. This initially requires an intellectual realisation of the true nature of time, in many ways no different to realising that you need to add an extra day to the calendar year every four years so to get ‘back in time’ with nature’s time, or natural time. Without this realisation, you will remain in ‘artificial’ time, effectively caught in a recycling eddy current of time and space — a black hole — similar in a way to how artificial intelligence processes life, and reflected for example in the Lotus Casino scene in the Percy Jackson film and book, which is a modern day version of the Land of the Lotus Eaters in Homer’s Odyssey (written around 750 BC), involving the consumption of intoxicating honey-sweet lotus fruit which makes you forget about ‘reaching home’. Similar ‘critical’ stages are found in all cultural frameworks, eg makyo in zen practice.

FESTIVAL SURVEY RESULTS
Survey Basis
The purpose of this survey is to help show how words communicate feelings as well as thoughts, and how the same word can mean different things to different people.
Even though English is a common language, it is the quality of the communication which matters first and foremost, and ensuring that any particular words, especially those which seem to arouse many different kinds of emotions, are brought back into focus to reflect their true origins.
In a nutshell, everything we express and experience is natural. To take the example words in this survey — natural, artificial, ego — it is obviously natural to be natural, but maybe less obvious is that it is also natural for us as human beings ‘to do’ artificial, and ‘to do’ ego. All of these concepts fall within the nature of Nature.
Logically, you cannot really say that there is anything that ‘falls outside’ of Nature, so the real question is to ask why have words such as artificial and ego seemingly fallen into disrepute — what is it that happens which turns these ultimately neutral and natural concepts into a ‘negative’ expression and experience?
Purpose of Negative Experience
The natural purpose of negative experience is to indicate that we are ‘going the wrong way’. Nature puts it there to teach… but teach what exactly?
To quote a line from a 1967 Beatles song, it is there so “you can learn how to be you in time”, and once you learn how to be you in time, the negative experiences fade away… “it’s easy”.
The next question is then, at its most basic or neutral level, why exactly should you look to learn how to be you in time, where’s the positive in all this?
Fundamentally, there’s a rhythmic evolutionary reason, one which is always known by your unconscious self, and one which you can bring into the knowledge banks of your conscious self through what is often referred to as an ‘expansion of consciousness’. This expansion cannot however happen in true form until you learn how to be you in time, or put another way, to have good timing through the quality coupling of your intellect and and your intuition.
See QUALITY & QUANTITY for further information.
Aim of Research
The aim of this research is to help move all concepts into the neutral-to-positive zones, by helping to highlight that negative experiences are generated by over-processing our intellectual self, becoming too artificial, partly because we have lost touch with the natural timing and messaging of our intuitive self — and all directed by the beliefs and codes primarily held in our conscious mind (not the ego) about the true nature of reality.
In basic terms, beliefs direct natural power, so it is important to be accurate in these beliefs before powering them up with the emotions. Taking the very extreme positions, as we move towards the ‘next stage’ of working from the within to the without, or mind to body, this is equivalent to knowing the difference between creating natural nuclear fusion and natural nuclear fission, one which self-creates and one which self-consumes*.
This hopefully then explains the reason why Nature self-protects itself, by only ‘allowing’ minds which have relearned how to be in natural time to ‘move on’ or evolve to the next stage of conscious awareness, to quantum leap, so to speak. Remember though, there are no barriers to entry here, this ‘allowing’ is a self-allowing, a self-alignment, a self-synchronisation, from the inside-out — it is wholly within your hands and your capability to do this if you feel the time is right for you to do so.
It’s Nature’s way, and it’s quite ingenious. It’s quality, with no loss experienced.
*The devastatingly wide-ranging effects and severe fallout of such self-consuming ‘over-processed’ approaches are highlighted in QUALITY & QUANTITY with the Post Office event, all caused by the beliefs we individually and jointly hold about creating a quality of life — in this case, leading to the creation of one of exceptionally poor quality.
