— ENERGY —

The last line in the manual reads… “Seek to overtly sense the flow of your nonphysical energy.”

As we are taught at school, it’s often a good idea to skim-read everything through first before delving in to the whole thing.

Your nonphysical energy is your true natural power source, and on the whole we, humankind, have become increasingly dislocated from it, resulting in us having to otherwise seek out means to create ‘artificial’ power.

In simple terms this natural power is drawn from the ‘wilderness of natural time’, which is of infinite proportions when compared to artificial power. This knowledge was rediscovered by the eastern arts many moons ago through meditative practice, and indeed always known and maintained by many indigenous peoples across the world since time began. It is the same energy that is ‘felt’ when practicing the likes of zazen, yoga, reiki and other modalities which focus on connecting to this ‘universal energy’.

When practicing time coaching it is a good idea to learn some energy exercises, to help you ‘feel’ this energy course through your body, as it will give your ego and intellect something it can ‘explore’ further. This new exploration then helps to distract it from other aspects of life which are more black hole than white hole, more draining than fulfulling.

A very useful place to start is the energy exercise of Chi Kung, which literally translates to ‘energy work’, and one of the most accessible sources I’ve found to help you make a start with this is on YouTube, drawn from a short series of programmes broadcast on Channel 4 in the 1990s. The video link to the first episode is shown below (channel link is https://www.youtube.com/@StandStillBeFit), and demonstrates a particular branch of Chi Kung, named Zhan Zhuang — I came across this by accident when googling an odd question which crossed my mind one day, which asked if there was a way to “get fit by doing nothing”, a curious concept which I felt half-jokingly should exist having already experienced a lifetime of swimming and going to the gym!

What is important to remember in all of this is that universal energy is your natural energy, it does not really need ‘labels’ or specific ‘methods’ as such for you to benefit from it. Whilst certain ‘modalities’ focus on its use for different purposes and from different angles, with time coaching you will look to develop this natural connection as part of your everyday life, where you find the simple beyond the complex, to the point when you can simply be out on a relaxing walk and feel it flowing through you. You will see that this ‘incidental’ energy work is also reflected in the below presentation, at the end of each programme, once the specific exercises are practiced.

If you choose the option of TRAINING & CONSULTATION I will help you develop this skill of reconnecting to your natural nonphysical energy source, as I do consider it a very useful aspect in guiding yourself progressively towards your centres of gravity, your sweet spots, in both space and time.
