We each have an idea of our own self, how we would like to be.
This idea, or idealisation, is broadly a blend of our intellectual, physical, and emotional aspects of one’s self.
For every individual, this idea and blend is unique and of great value — both to the individual, and to the collective world as a whole.
We move through life always seeking to optimise this blend of mind, body and spirit. It can be said that as each individual successively optimises their particular blend of mind-body-spirit, then by definition the mind-body-spirit of the whole collective is simultaneously optimised.
Everything then begins with you, and how you first focus, as a primary goal, on optimising your intellectual, physical and emotional aspects of your own self — so always becoming the person you want to be.
Time Coaching
The purpose of a time coach is to help guide you to become your own time coach, in your own way, this being unique to you.
You do this by finding ways in your everyday life to help you learn how to think ‘more-dimensionally’, a concept which is discussed further in this website and the accompanying manual.
In becoming a time coach, you can choose to practice this personally as a side interest (catalyst) to help move forward with your more specific aims in life, and you can also choose to practice time coaching as a growing professional vocation.
The choice is yours, always.
Because time coaching takes nature’s lead and focuses primarily on achieving quality — knowing among other things that a quality approach creates quality money* — you will always know that you are creating your own right path, tailor-made by your most natural self, to benefit you as an individual, and by definition the collective world as a whole.
One of the first steps is to become ego-friendly — to drive your intellectual aspect in a quality way — as in doing so you begin to reveal the true meaning of its physical counterpart of being eco-friendly. This quality approach changes the climate of your emotional aspect, as the smog lifts. And the more we practice this, individually and collectively, the ‘faster’ it happens — in a quality way, no tricks, no magic, no secrets, just plain common sense — albeit more-dimensional!
*Quality money is money which finds its own level, and yes can ‘appear’ to go down as well as up — as it must — more on this in EGOSYSTEMS in terms of learning how to think more-dimensionally.
Belief Systems
Because the phrase mind-body-spirit means different things to different people it is very difficult to define and categorise it in any precise way.
Perhaps a good place to start is to say that we work our mind and body in a way which can help us to clarify what spirit is. Taking this further, because everything we ‘work’ begins as an idea, in other words our mind puts our body to work in one way or another to help actualise its ideas, we can see that the origin point that we always need to work on to achieve best results, in terms of health of body and spirit, is the mind.
In one sense this is why the field of quantum physics has developed, or evolved, because we are coming to realise the immense power that this ‘mind’ holds in the whole scheme of things, and we are looking to see how we can ‘work’ it.
At the same time, in evolutionary terms, this knowledge is being developed in parallel to the ‘mind’ reaching an evolutionary ‘peak’, that of being electronic, and so programmable. At one time, it could be said that the mind was just wilderness, unprocessed by human hands, ‘unconscious’ so to speak. As this ‘mind’ evolves, and at its ‘leading edge’, it can be said to be agricultural, or industrial, or professional, or IT, becoming increasingly more conscious of its ideas and how to construct them.
A parallel progression can be said to go from natural, to organic, to mechanical, to electrical, to electronic. And in becoming electronic, it develops the ability to manipulate atomic and subatomic networks that were previously untouchable.
This is where belief systems come in, as these are the ‘programs’ we use, just like computer programs or code, to help achieve what we want to create. So the quality of life you experience all depends upon the programs or belief systems you choose to adopt in your everyday life, as these programs output ‘facts’ in your personal reality experience.
At this point then we come back to quality. If you exercise quality programs, quality belief systems, then these will deliver up quality ‘facts of life’ and quality money for you to experience.
Common Sense
Common sense can also be known as natural intelligence.
In a nutshell, you develop your natural intelligence as you find with increasing precision your own unique balance of your intellect and your intuition.
As you do this you will find your balance of mind, or centre of mental gravity. This can also be thought of as finding your centre of gravity across ‘time’, in a similar way that we constantly seek out and master our centre of gravity across ‘space’ whenever we choose to move our body. When we look to move our mind, the same natural principles apply, and if you choose to become your own time coach you will find the most simple and natural ways of doing things, from our everyday activities like dieting and fitness, all the way through to manifesting and time travel, if you so wish.
