  • Consultations are currently available on Saturdays, from 2pm, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Have a good read of the CONSULT page, and decide on whether an OFFICE or HOME consultation is best for you — Consult@HOME available if in LS29 8/9/0 area.
  • While the form asks for one name for correspondence purposes, it is your choice whether to make it an individual or group consultation (up to 4).
  • If you need to amend or cancel at any time, at no charge, or have any other queries, please message me using the CONTACT form.
